Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in custodial/maintenance with some supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, custodial equipment, materials and methods.
• Able and willing to respond to emergencies after hours.
• Any state-law acceptable alternatives as determined by the Board.
• Possess Black Seal Boiler License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support and evaluate second shift custodial staff.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, training and evaluations with staff.
• Facilitate meetings for training and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain records of custodial personnel and evaluate operations.
• Respond to emergencies to resolve safety concerns.
