Job summary

Purity Dairies in Nashville is seeking a Warehouse Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00pm – 10:30pm) to perform order picking, packing, palletizing, and loading/unloading in a dairy warehouse. You will operate warehouse equipment and maintain safety in a 35–40°F environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Stand/walk for the shift; lift up to 50 pounds; assist others when lifting.
• Work in a wet environment at 35–40°F; overtime, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, pulling and building of orders; palletize products and stage materials.
• Load and unload materials; operate various material handling equipment.
• Work at any station or line as assigned; ensure safe operations.
