Purity Dairies, Inc. in Nashville is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support picking, packing, palletizing and staging for outgoing deliveries.

You will operate material handling equipment in a cooler and dock environment and work across multiple stations as assigned. This 3rd shift role pays up to $22.50 per hour, with benefits including a 401(k) match, paid vacation and holidays, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stack/move cases up to 6-8 high.
• Must be comfortable working in a 35–40°F environment and in a wet setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, loading/unloading and staging materials.
• Operate material handling equipment safely within warehouse, cooler, or dock areas.
• Work across stations as assigned and adhere to safety procedures.
