Responsibilities

• Work with the Distribution Manager to ensure control of products, processing, packaging, handling and storage.
• Provide notification for quality or shelf-life issues.
• Direct supervision of personnel in assigned areas and development of staff.
• Enforce SOPs and performance expectations for cooler positions.
• Minimize product loss, time loss, accidents; follow OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in hiring, training, and approving hours in ADP.
• Manage attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions for direct reports.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts.
• Oversee auditing, picking, and shipping activities.
• Manage daily reconciliation program.
