Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Supervisor for our Carthage, MO facility. The role focuses on leadership, coaching and ensuring efficient distribution operations in a 2:00pm–10:00pm shift with relocation flexibility for future business needs.

You will drive safety, quality and regulatory compliance, train staff, and coordinate with teams to meet customer requirements while maintaining GMP standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to meet production, shipping and safety goals.
• Plan and supervise daily operations and adjust to changing conditions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, safety and customer requirements.
• Administer training programs and certifications for plant staff.
• Communicate clearly with leadership and customers about priorities.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency with teams.
