Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follows Culinary Director instructions to produce and serve food meeting standards.
• Safely handles and prepares food; cleans and sanitizes equipment and facility.
• Operates all kitchen equipment knowledgeably and maintains records as directed.
• Utilizes all available food stock efficiently and reports repairs needed for equipment.
• Maintains regular attendance, punctuality, and a willingness to work in various situations.
• Participates in in-service training sessions and contributes to skill upgrades.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director.
