Summit Hills is seeking a Full-time Experienced Line Cook for the 2nd shift to deliver exceptional, consistent culinary service to residents. This entry-level role requires prior line cooking knowledge, with duties including safe food preparation, basic techniques, and adherence to kitchen policies.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position desired.
• Culinary training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with front and back of the house to meet quality, presentation and portion standards.
• Follow HACCP, labeling and storage protocols for all foods and comply with food service regulations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a culture of safety.
• Maintain temperature charts and records.
• Communicate with all departments and Home Office support to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Participate in planning and production meetings with the team.
• Attend in-service training and education programs.
• Other duties as assigned by Executive Chef or Director of Dining Services.
