Qualifications

• Experience in large-batch cooking preferred (healthcare, catering, banquet service, schools, or restaurant environment).

Responsibilities

• Prepare great meals for up to 100 residents following established menus and guidelines.
• Ensure food quality and present meals that meet safety regulations.
• Food prep and kitchen maintenance, including cleaning, dishwashing, sanitizing equipment, and storing supplies.
• Work as a team to maintain smooth and efficient operation.
