Job summary

Beltservice is hiring for a 2nd shift production position in Vancouver, WA. You will work on custom belt orders, using hand and power tools, and operate production machinery to complete tasks accurately. The role includes a strong safety mindset and teamwork to meet daily orders.

Qualifications

• A demonstrated history of successful work experience, preferably in a manufacturing or manual labor environment.
• A mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn – we are ready to teach you about conveyor belting.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Legally eligible for employment in this country

Responsibilities

• Work both individually and together with team members to complete custom job orders.
• Use basic hand tools (hammer, knives, wrenches, measuring tapes, T-squares, etc.) and power tools (drills, sanders, grinders) to perform detail work specific to each project.
• Use measuring tapes and T-squares to mark off specific measurements and either cut or apply adhesives.
• Operate manual production machinery
• Use hammers and other machinery to install simple and complex mechanical fasteners

About the work:
