Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a small team.
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement verification skills.
• Experience operating CNC/PLC equipment including Whitney plasma/punch, Kinetic, oxy-fuel and plasma cutting, and CNC centers.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and leadership on the floor.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to collaborate toward production goals.

The Lead supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in fabrication and assembly of structural sheet metal products. The Lead sets up and operates machines, makes adjustments for materials used, verify dimensional requirements and may use blueprints.
