Job summary

Interface, Inc. in Georgia seeks an operator to run the continuous mixer across production lines, ensuring safety, quality standards, and target productivity. The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, ability to troubleshoot, and strong data recording in MES/AS400/JDE systems.

You will load materials, participate in line changeovers, manage inventory, and support QA testing while adhering to safety rules and PPE use. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical/technical aptitude demonstrated.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and troubleshoot while upholding quality.
• Team member able to follow work instructions and QA data.
• 5S training and lean principles (White Belt).
• Ability to operate quality equipment (Moisture/Ash/Particle Size/Tensile) and use a torque wrench.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all functions of the continuous mixer to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Load materials, manage inventory, and stage materials for lines.
• Record test data and production information in MES/AS400/JDE systems.
• Assist in line set-ups, changeovers, and processing adjustments to achieve center line.
• Support QA testing and product testing per procedures.
