Job summary

Interface, Inc. seeks an Operator to run the continuous mixer at our Georgia site. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while handling loading, setup, and material handling tasks in a non-climate controlled plant environment.

Responsibilities include operating the mixer, recording test data, and supporting process improvements. Must have a high school diploma and be able to work 12-hour shifts, with certifications like Hyster and pallet jack beneficial.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Experience with plastics extrusion equipment preferred.
• Ability to learn new processes quickly and troubleshoot while upholding quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate all functions of the continuous mixer.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Record data in MESr/JDE and related systems.
• Assist in line setup, changeovers, and maintenance tasks.
• Support R&D and continuous improvement projects as needed.
