Job summary

Golden State Foods in Conyers, GA is hiring a dependable Compounder to prepare and blend ingredients for our food products. You will follow detailed formulas, operate mixing equipment, and ensure every batch meets safety and quality standards.

This full-time, 2nd‑shift role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus basic manufacturing experience. You must read formulas, perform precise math, lift up to 100 lbs, and adhere to GMPs, allergen controls, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred (3+ months).
• Ability to read formulas and safety documents clearly.
• Strong math skills and the ability to lift 50–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes
• Operate batching systems and mixing equipment
• Record lot numbers and batch data
• Submit samples to QA and adjust per instructions
• Clean and sanitize equipment
• Follow allergen control, GMPs, and safety procedures
• Work in cold or humid environments as needed
