Job summary

Golden State Foods in Conyers, GA is seeking a dependable Compounder to prepare and blend ingredients for our food products. You will follow detailed formulas, operate batching systems and mixing equipment, and ensure batches meet safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ months in manufacturing, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs and read formulas. This full-time 3rd shift role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs and wear a full-face respirator.
• Able to read formulas and safety documents.
• Strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Operate batching systems and mixing equipment.
• Record lot numbers and batch data.
• Submit samples to QA and adjust per instructions.
• Clean and sanitize equipment.
• Follow allergen control, GMPs, and safety procedures.
• Work in cold or humid environments as needed.
