Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Grand Island, Nebraska is seeking a compounding operator for a 3rd shift, 10 PM to 6:30 AM. You will weigh, mix and verify chemical compounds in a Class 100,000 clean room, ensuring accuracy and adherence to cGMP and SOPs.

The role requires mechanical troubleshooting, teamwork, and attention to detail, with a starting hourly pay of $25.17–$27.17 and benefits including a 401(k), paid vacation, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred; nanotechnology a plus.
• Heavy lifting of 40+ pounds may be required.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• PPE training and qualification required.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation required.
• English language proficiency essential in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, check and verify compounds in a Class 100,000 clean room during formulation.
• Monitor mixing and ancillary equipment; perform calibrations and preventive maintenance.
• Adhere to cGMP, SOPs and document each batch accurately.
• Collaborate with operators to ensure timely delivery of formulated products.
