• 20 hours weekly with 4-hour shifts after 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Complete job specifications for assigned buildings.
• Clean offices and common areas; disinfect surfaces, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop.
• Clean floors; damp mop, dust mop, sweep, vacuum, and spot clean.
• Restrooms: restock dispensers, empty trash, sanitize fixtures.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; organize janitor’s closet.
• Communicate with Area Manager regarding timekeeping, supplies, and client requests.
