Job summary

Prince Industries is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2:30pm–1:00am shift in Pepperell, MA. You will plan, direct, and coordinate production activities to meet schedules while ensuring quality and cost control.

Responsibilities include coordinating with scheduling, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams, setting up and operating machines, and maintaining tooling and safety standards. The role requires prior supervisory experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 5

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs all production operations to meet the production schedule.
• Coordinate production activities with scheduling, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Review production reports and support corrective actions.
• Set up, start, restart, and operate machines; adjust tooling and speeds.
• Verify workpiece conformance with precision measuring instruments.
• Manage tooling and workholding for production operations.
