Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Press Brake Operator to operate and maintain the Press Brake and execute fabrication projects. You will perform deburring, grinding, and polishing, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet tolerances.

The role requires setting up CNC programming, tooling documentation, and adherence to safety standards while coordinating with production teams to optimize output and quality.

Qualifications

• Produces parts by programming, setting up, and operating a CNC.
• Must be proficient in all press brake machines on site.
• Document tooling and safe practices for Press Brake operations.
• Ability to calculate blank sizes, bend locations, tonnage and tooling.
• Detects malfunctions and reports to management; adheres to safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Press Brake and perform fabrication projects.
• Use hand, bench and light machine operations for deburring, grinding, and polishing.
• Interpret work orders, blueprints and bills of material; complete paperwork.
• Configure bend allowances for sheet metal; lift and transport materials >50 pounds.
• Conduct spot inspections and ensure dimensional accuracy.
