Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical schooling preferred.
• 1–3 years CNC operation in manufacturing preferred.
• Mazatrol experience preferred for Mazak equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ISO/ AS9100 standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment and support machine setup.
• Review work orders, blueprints, GD&T, and parameters.
• Verify material against work orders and load stock as needed.
• Follow CNC programs and verify zero points, tool offsets, and compensation.
• Set up machines per instructions and run production runs.
• Measure parts to verify settings and quality per standards.
• Maintain safety, QA procedures, and preventive maintenance.
• Document actions in logs and communicate issues across shifts.
