Job summary

RH Aero Systems is seeking a 2nd shift CNC Operator to operate CNC equipment, support setup activities, monitor production, and ensure machined parts meet quality, safety, and production requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of CNC experience; Mazatrol experience is preferred. You will review work orders, blueprints, GD&T, and maintain 5S in the work area, while documenting production and quality logs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years CNC operator experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Mazatrol experience preferred for Mazak equipment.
• Working knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T.
• Good math skills and ability to apply basic algebra and geometry.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment and support setup activities.
• Monitor production and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Review work orders and blueprints before machining.
• Load stock, verify material against orders, and communicate shortages.
• Follow CNC programs and verify measurements and offsets.
• Document production and quality logs and maintain 5S in the workspace.
