Job summary

Peoplelink, LLC in Albion, Indiana, is seeking a 2nd Shift CNC Operator to support our manufacturing partner in producing precision trailer axles and brakes. The role runs 2pm–10pm with no overtime, and a starting pay of $24.70 per hour.

As a Machine Cell Operator, you will load and unload parts, use gauging equipment, document SPC data, and help ensure quality through basic TPM tasks. Weekly pay and benefits are available through Peoplelink Staffing Solutions.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience operating CNC and secondary machines.
• Familiarity with quality control gauges
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 55 pounds regularly.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Machine Cell Operator will load, unload, and blow off aluminum castings.
• Use basic gauging and measuring equipment.
• Deburr parts using handheld deburring and power tools.
• Wash parts using automatic or manual washing equipment.
• Machine Cell Operator will document machineprocessusing SPC.
• Prepare required production and quality control reports.
• Perform machine specific TPM requirements.
