Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Mill Turn Operator or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding, milling tasks.
• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand specifications.
• Translate instructions into machine commands for proper function.
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Inspect finished parts with micrometers and calipers to ensure specs.
• Supervise machines and adjust for quality improvements.
• Check daily machinery and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot machine-related issues and resolve them.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and keep workspace clean.
