Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a CNC Programmer in Fridley, MN, to program Makino CNC machining centers for high speed milling operations using Mastercam. The role requires mid-level experience, precise toolmaking, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include tool revisions, adherence to schedules, and clear communication with Engineering and shop personnel. First shift availability and overtime opportunities enhance the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Mid level experience in CNC programming.
• Experience with Makino machines and Mastercam software is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tolerance stackups.

Responsibilities

• Program Makino CNC machining centers for high speed milling operations using Mastercam.
• Perform high precision machining of molds and fixtures.
• Revisions of existing tools as determined by Engineering.
• Work as a team member and follow established procedures in a new, well equipped, fast paced tool room.
• Effective communication with others.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet productivity expectations and deadlines.
• Attentive to scheduling priorities as they relate to programming.
• Complete Programming Checklists.
