Job summary

MicroPort Orthopedics is seeking a Maintenance Service Specialist for the 2nd shift in Arlington, TN. You will perform maintenance on CNC and manual equipment, assist OEM technicians, and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to ensure continuous operation.

Responsibilities include replacing defective components, testing repaired equipment, and performing preventive maintenance while adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology preferred.
• At least 1 year experience as a Machine Maintenance Technician or Machinist.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical units to identify malfunctions.
• Use blueprints and schematics to guide repairs and repairs of components.
• Replace defective units and test repaired equipment to ensure readiness for operation.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment and monitor environmental safety policies.
