Job summary

Victaulic is hiring a 2nd Shift Machinist (Tool Maker / Mold Maker) for our Horizon Foundry Facility in Nephi, UT. This full-time role, on a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule, focuses on reading blueprints, GD&T, and precise setup of CNC mills and lathes.

You will develop and edit CNC programs, perform measurements, and uphold strict safety and quality standards. We seek candidates with 5+ years of on-the-job experience or relevant technical schooling; a HS diploma or equivalent is acceptable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years technical schooling preferred.
• 5+ years on-the-job experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements.
• Set up and operate machines with pallets, vises, tombstones, and fixtures.
• Write and edit G-code and M-code programs as needed.
• Operate 3-axis vertical CNC mills and turning centers.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on the shop floor.
