Qualifications

• Experience in machine operations, including setup and run of CNC equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials (up to 45 lbs) into CNC/router cradle.
• Operate cutting machines and mold press equipment to support assembly.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and BOMs.
• Accurately record production data including good and scrap parts.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Identify and report product defects to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
