Staffmark Group in Lititz, PA is hiring a CNC Machinist for direct hire on 2nd shift, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, Monday–Thursday. Pay rate is $22.00–$27.50 per hour, with overtime as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required; CNC training is a plus.

You will program, set up, and operate CNC milling equipment to manufacture precision components. Join a safety‑driven team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNC training is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, production orders, and manufacturing docs.
• Basic understanding of machining processes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components.
• Read blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate machining.
• Prepare tooling and materials; monitor tooling condition and machine performance.
• Adjust offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Perform quality inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Complete production schedules and record labor/material usage.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team for continuous improvement.
