Job summary

Mate Precision Technologies in Anoka, Minnesota, seeks a skilled 2nd Shift Machinist to operate CNC and conventional machines for precision components, reading blueprints and GD&T.

You will work with engineering, quality, and production teams to solve problems and drive continuous improvement in a clean, climate-controlled environment. A high school diploma is required; a two-year technical degree is preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two-year technical degree preferred.
• Experience operating CNC and/or conventional machining equipment.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines to produce precision components.
• Inspect own work using precision measuring tools and fixtures.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams to solve problems and drive continuous improvement.
