Job summary
Starrett Tru-Stone Technologies is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for 2nd shift in Waite Park, MN. The role involves operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts for semiconductor and related industries in a climate-controlled facility near St. Cloud.
You will follow procedures, read blueprints, perform measurements with indicators and calipers, and may engage in programming; 2nd shift hours are 1:30pm-11:30pm Monday-Thursday. Sign-on bonus up to $4000 is available.
Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC milling machines.
- Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measurement devices.
- Trade school or equivalent; machining associate degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines to produce parts meeting quality requirements.
- Align and secure fixtures, tools, and materials on machines.
- Read blueprints and verify dimensions with precision instruments.
- Program machines; 5-axis programming is a plus.
