Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
Commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.
5+ years of CNC machining experience, formal machining training, or a combination of both.
Experience operating CNC equipment utilizing FANUC controls.
Working knowledge of tooling, machining practices, feeds, speeds, and offsets.
Experience machining castings, forgings, and close-tolerance components.
Basic computer skills.
Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail.
