Job summary

ATI is seeking a CNC Machinist for its Coon Valley, WI facility. The role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes to produce aerospace/military components, with a safety-first mindset and strict quality standards. Expect 2nd shift, 3pm–11pm, and training possibilities on other shifts.

The position requires basic reading, math and measurement skills, with preferred HS diploma or GED and CNC experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, math and measurement comprehension.
• Ability to read instructions and perform simple measurements is critical.
• Preferred: high school diploma or GED; machining certificate or CNC experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Raw material incoming visual inspection.
• Performing manufacturing operations on CNC lathes.
• Machining parts to meet tolerances for final inspection.
• Inspecting and cleaning the finished product at end of production cycle.
• Product final inspection.
• Collaborate with leadership and team to hit goals.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Accurate completion of required documentation.
