Job summary

Assistance Technique Internationale (ATI) in Wisconsin's Coon Valley is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Forged Products team. You will set up and operate CNC lathes to produce aerospace, jet engine and military components with high safety and quality standards.

We offer 3rd shift 11pm–7am, with training possible on other shifts. Compensation is $25/hour plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and generous paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, math, and measurement comprehension.
• Ability to read instructions and perform simple measurements is critical.
• Preferred: machining certificate or prior CNC machining experience; will train entry-level candidate.
• 1 year of experience in a transferrable industry with transferrable skills.

Responsibilities

• Raw material incoming visual inspection
• Performing manufacturing operations on CNC lathes
• Machining parts to meet tolerances for final inspection
• Inspecting and cleaning the finished product at the end of the production cycle
• Product final inspection
• Working closely with manufacturing leadership and fellow team members to achieve shared goals
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Accurate completion of required documentation
