Rand Precision Machining is seeking a highly skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to operate, set up, and program CNC lathes to produce precision components that meet exacting quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will read blueprints, measure with micrometers and calipers, maintain tooling, perform quality checks, and assist with machine maintenance and training of new operators while contributing to ISO-9001 continuous improvement efforts. Shift: Full-Time 2nd Shift.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years CNC Lathe machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read micrometers, calipers and other measuring devices.
• Experience with CMMs is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Setup and run CNC lathe equipment as assigned.
• Maintain tooling inventory at the machine.
• Machine parts to specified tolerances from blueprints.
• Perform quality assurance on machined parts.
• Assist with machine maintenance and operator training.
• Adhere to ISO-9001 continuous improvement initiatives.
• Keep work area clean and safe; complete inspection logs.
