Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3+ years in cleanroom assembly/electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with small components and precision tools (tweezers, torque drivers, microscopes).
• Familiarity with ESD and contamination control practices.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly of infrared camera components, including optics, sensors, and mechanical housings.
• Execute functional and environmental testing per defined procedures.
• Inspect components and finished assemblies using microscopes and metrology tools.
• Follow detailed work instructions, travelers, and engineering documentation with high accuracy.
• Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols (gowning, contamination control, ESD handling).
• Record production data, test results, and non-conformances in manufacturing systems.
• Identify defects or process deviations and escalate to engineering or supervisory staff.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to yield, throughput, and quality.
• Assist with equipment setup, calibration checks, and routine maintenance.
