Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Production Technician for the 3rd shift in Goleta, CA to support Detector Packaging Operations in a clean room/lab environment under supervision of the Detector Packaging Manager. The role involves a progression of technical tasks and hands-on assembly in a highly controlled setting.

Responsibilities include aqueous ultrasonic cleaning, laser marking, getter welding, adhesive die bonding, wirebonding/pull testing, alignment measurement, vacuum

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or GED required.
• Typically requires 2-4 years of technical, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of cleanroom protocols.
• Experience handling ESD-sensitive components and hardware.
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and documentation.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required protective equipment, including shoe covers, hair covers, coveralls, face masks, and gloves, for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
