Job summary

Versova is seeking a CDL Class A Feed Delivery Driver for its Croton, Ohio operations. The role involves delivering poultry feed to farms, maintaining safety standards, and performing vehicle inspections. A valid CDL, clean driving record, and DOT/OSHA knowledge are required.

This full-time position offers nightly home time and compensation starting at $27.00/hr, with potential overtime based on production demand. Local travel between farms is expected and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CDL and endorsements required for larger vehicles.
• 2+ years of vehicle operation experience.
• Ability to weigh, load, and transport bulk feed.
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks to deliver and pick up poultry feed.
• Weigh, load, and unload bulk feed using proper equipment.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance checks; complete reports.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
• Comply with DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations.
• Assist with other farm operations as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
