Aerotek is hiring a Cherry Picker Operator on the 2nd shift in York, PA. This contract-to-hire role requires operating a cherry picker and stand-up forklift to pull and prepare orders, with training on 1st shift before moving to permanent 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of forklift experience.
• Cherry picker or order picker experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry picker and stand-up forklift equipment.
• Pick and stage orders for shipment.
• Verify product locations, quantities, and item numbers.
• Assist with UPS and FedEx shipments.
• Follow safety procedures while working at heights.
• Maintain an organized work area.
