Job summary

DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the second shift to oversee chemical blending and packaging operations. You will lead production staff, ensure safety, and maintain quality while driving on-time production targets.

Responsibilities include supervising multiple teams, enforcing standards, managing daily records, and fostering a safe, productive work environment. A strong focus on continuous improvement and team development is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisor/management experience in a production/chemical environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement and driving change.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily tasks and production needs.
• Oversee daily activities of production, operations, recycling, and shipping teams.
• Delegate production assignments to the applicable team.
• Inspect materials and equipment for malfunctions.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Supervise mixing and packaging of batches (liquids and powders).
• Ensure quality output and on-time completion.
• Maintain daily production records and data entry.
