Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer oriented – meet or exceed customers’ needs following procedures.

• Flexibility – adapt to changes with a positive attitude.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment to produce microencapsulated products.
• Handle manual tasks including sampling, material additions and documentation.
• Maintain safety, quality and efficiency; follow SOPs.
• Coordinate daily activities to maintain production schedule.
• Communicate with team and management; participate in continuous improvement.
• Work overtime as needed and assist other areas when required.
