• Occasionally work overtime and cover vacancies or weekends to meet customer requirements.
• Train new or less experienced team members and cross-train for cross-functional coverage.
• Operate equipment according to SOPs and monitor for safety and quality.
• Maintain 5S standards and participate in continuous improvement.
