Job summary

Tru Vue Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Cell Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm-10:30pm). The role covers equipment setup and programming, loading/unloading materials, and training team members to maintain Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Housekeeping standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and forklift experience, plus basic computer skills. The position offers a loud, collaborative manufacturing environment and competitive pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience using Powered Industrial Equipment (forklift).
• Basic computer skills and basic math skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials using a forklift or other Powered Industrial Equipment.
• Set up and program equipment using a daily production schedule.
• Track work center data using computer systems and communication boards.
• Train and coach work center employees using Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure 6S and housekeeping standards are met.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate required support.
• Communicate with shift leadership and cross-shift teams.
