Job summary

Randstad USA in Minnesota is seeking a Manufacturing Tech for the second shift to support the Module Assembly and Test Department. You will program surface mount equipment, perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and oversee spare parts inventory for the equipment.

This direct-hire role also involves training production personnel and contributing to the design of solder stencils and fixtures for PCB assemblies.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing/maintenance.
• Wamiliar with surface mount equipment and factory maintenance processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and design fixtures for PCB assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Program surface mount equipment (pick and place, AOI, reflow ovens, selective solder).
• Perform and document scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Perform and document moderately complex repairs on production equipment.
• Design solder stencils for PCB assemblies.
• Design fixtures for PCB production.
• Train production personnel on safe operation of equipment.
• Oversee spare parts inventory for factory equipment.
• Assist in selection and installation of new capital equipment.
