Job summary

RTX in Wells, Maine seeks experienced manufacturing/operations leader to guide one or more business unit cells and drive process improvements for quality, throughput, and delivery integrity. You will lead a multi‑skilled team in jet engine component manufacture and repair, ensure safety, and align objectives across three shifts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in manufacturing/ops or a HS diploma/GED with 6+ years, and availability on all shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing and/or operations.
• OR a High School Diploma/GED with six years of experience in manufacturing and/or operations.
• Requires availability on all shifts.

Qualifications – Must Have

Qualifications – Preferred

• Analytical, problem‑solving & mathematical skills.
• Working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures.
• Flexibility relative to department assignment and availability for off‑shift work.
• Proven flexibility/adaptability in high‑stress, ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to plan and prioritize.
• Working knowledge of new product/process technologies.
• Strong computer skills.

Salary Range

68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
