RTX in Wells, Maine seeks experienced manufacturing/operations leader to guide one or more business unit cells and drive process improvements for quality, throughput, and delivery integrity. You will lead a multi‑skilled team in jet engine component manufacture and repair, ensure safety, and align objectives across three shifts.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in manufacturing/ops or a HS diploma/GED with 6+ years, and availability on all shifts.
