Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor, Cavity Fabrication for the 2nd shift in Springfield, TN. You will lead the cavity fabrication team, drive improvements, and ensure safety, quality, cost and delivery targets are met.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of manufacturing leadership, with proficiency in ERP systems and OEE. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent; leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings; strong process-improvement background.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the 2nd shift cavity fabrication team, driving safety, quality, cost and delivery objectives.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing processes using data-driven insights.
