Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Opelika, Montgomery invites a compassionate Caregiver to join our patient-centered team. As a CNA, you will provide direct care, monitor conditions, assist with ADLs, and document care with accuracy.

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Alabama
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility exercises
