Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist and supervise clients with personal care activities including dressing, bathing, and toileting.
• Support clients during meals, encouraging family-style dining to enhance social interaction.
• Help clients with housekeeping duties such as clothing care, cleaning, and yard maintenance.
• Administer prescribed medications accurately and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Transport clients safely using company vehicles as required.
• Accompany clients during community outings to promote engagement and socialization.
