Meridian Senior Living in Conroe, TX is hiring a Caregiver/Resident Assistant. You will provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily activities and promoting comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning and mobility support, as well as accurate care documentation. You will communicate with residents, families and staff, follow health and safety guidelines, and work effectively as part of a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Must understand caring for elderly residents with patience and empathy.
• High school diploma or equivalent completed and able to follow state regulations.
• Ability to work well on a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct daily care to residents.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Assist with positioning, mobility, incontinence care.
• Maintain proper care records.
• Report changes in residents' condition to staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and vendors.
