Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver/Resident Assistant in Conroe, TX. You will provide direct care to residents, helping with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while maintaining care records and communicating changes to the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent and state-required training.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and public.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care assisting residents in daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Keep proper care records and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.
