Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a 2nd shift worker to cap and insulate cores, using epoxy and caps. The role includes measuring components, following OSHA safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean, 5S-equipped work area in a climate-controlled facility.

Salary offers $23.40–$24.00 per hour with a 20% shift differential for 2nd shift. Overtime is required. Benefits and holidays are provided by Hubbell Incorporated.

Qualifications

• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to measure dimensions using tape measure and other devices.
• Must understand measurements using standard and metric measuring devices.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA work-practices and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Test core components, epoxy apply and insulate caps/strips.
• Secure caps to top and bottom of core; attach strips per design.
• Operate hoist safely and use measuring devices.
• Record data on forms or computer software.
• Perform operator PMs and 5S housekeeping.
