Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT) is seeking a Cable and Wire Harness Assembler to read diagrams, assemble wires into harnesses, and perform soldering and inspection tasks. The role involves capacity to lift up to 35 pounds and work on the 2nd shift in Mesa, AZ.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience with cable and wire assemblies and the ability to read schematics and blueprints. Prior experience with hand tools and measuring devices is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience with cable and wire assemblies.
• Ability to read wire diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and handle manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read wire diagrams, blue prints, and schematics for cable assembly.
• Assemble wires into cables and harness systems per schematic drawings.
• Wrap and tie wires at designated points to form harness.
• Assemble electrical components, systems and/or subsystems.
• Use wire strippers for wire ends and verify measurements.
• Solder parts or connections between parts and coat wires as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
